Minerals List |
What this list of minerals is about:
Among the nutrients our bodies need are 15 minerals that are found in soil, which make their way into our diets through the food chain. Each of these minerals is essential for health and the proper functioning of every cell and organ in the body.
The 15 minerals consist of the major minerals – those the body requires in amounts of 250 mg or more daily – and the trace minerals, that the body requires much less of.
RDA, side effects, and toxicity levels of each mineral.
